Numery asks you to put your pipeline into a product you have just met. This page is the part of that bargain we owe you, written to be read rather than accepted.

The rows you connect or upload: deals, leads, marketing spend and web sessions. For deals that means amounts, stage dates and the channel they came from. Numery does not need, ask for or store the names, email addresses or phone numbers of the people in your CRM, and nothing in the product displays them.
The plans you build, the assumptions you froze in them, and who changed what and when. That history is the product — it is what makes a plan defensible in October.
Your account: name, email address, a hashed password, and which workspaces you belong to.
Every figure Numery shows is derived from your rows at the moment you look at it, rather than being a number somebody typed once. That is the whole argument of the product, and it only works if the rows are there to derive from.
It also means there is no separate pile of analytics about you. The data we hold is the data you gave us, and the export in Settings is all of it.
The people you invite to your workspace, and nobody else. Access is checked on every read and write against workspace membership, not filtered in afterwards.
Numery staff do not browse customer workspaces. If you ask us to look at something specific we will ask you first, every time, rather than relying on a permission granted in a contract you signed once.
We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or use your numbers to train models — yours or anybody else's.
In Postgres, hosted by Neon, encrypted at rest and in transit. Connector credentials are encrypted separately at the application layer, and the key is not in the database — so a copy of the database is not a copy of your CRM access.
Numery uses a small number of processors to run: Neon for the database, Vercel for hosting. They hold your data only to provide those services.
Settings → Your data downloads everything we hold for a workspace as a single JSON file. Any member can do it, at any time, without asking us.
The same screen deletes a workspace or closes your account. Both are immediate, both are permanent, and both really delete the rows rather than flagging them hidden. If you were the only owner of a workspace, it goes with your account; if a colleague also owns it, it stays and you are removed from it.
We keep no copy to send you afterwards, which is why the export is offered first.
Numery is in beta and it is worth being plain about what that changes. There is no formal uptime commitment yet. Backups are Neon's, on a seven-day window, and we have not yet rehearsed a full restore. We have not been through SOC 2.
Practical advice: keep the export. It is one file, it is complete, and it is the thing that makes trying a beta a reversible decision.
If something here is unclear, or you want to know whether Numery can hold a particular kind of data, email privacy@numery.io and a person will answer.
